USDA has decided to delay any changes to the USDA eligible town map

The good news is they've decided to delay any changes to what towns are eligible, the bad news is it's not permanent. USDA loans are a great way to get 100% financing while also paying minimal PMI. The USDA site lets you see if a property is eligible for a USDA loan by typing in the property address. Here is what the proposed map would look like:
